SÉCURITÉ DES DONNÉES
NAVIGATION SÉCURISÉE HTTPS
Votre navigation sur l’application est sécurisée et chiffrée par le protocole HTTPS. Votre activité est ainsi protégée tout au long de votre utilisation de l’application et les échanges avec le serveur qui pourraient être interceptés pour un usage frauduleux ne peuvent être décryptés et interprétés.
INFORMATIONS D’AUTHENTIFICATION
L'authentification dans l’application ULEP nécessite une vérification avec le serveur d'identité de l'université de Lorraine (SSO) ou pour les utilisateurs des autres établissements avec la gestion des comptes centralisée dans ULEP suite à votre inscription par formulaire. Elle n'est donc accessible qu'aux personnes ayant eu l'autorisation de s'inscrire.
LES DONNÉES QUE NOUS COLLECTONS ET LES RAISONS DE CETTE COLLECTE
L’application ULEP collecte des informations relatives à votre inscription au programme linguistique. Cette collecte nous sert exclusivement à valider votre inscription et à trouver votre partenaire de tandem linguistique, grâce à l'algorithme intégré dans ULEP.
L’application ne collecte aucune autre donnée (localisation, contacts, etc.).
FONCTIONNALITÉS DES PÉRIPHÉRIQUES
L’application ULEP accède à un certain nombre de services offerts par vos navigateurs et périphériques. Elle vous demande obligatoirement les autorisations pour cela :
- soit de manière globale au moment de l’installation
- soit au moment de l’utilisation du service pour les autorisations qui lui sont nécessaires.
L’application n’utilise jamais une fonction de votre périphérique ou navigateur sans votre consentement. D’ailleurs les applications natives iOS et Android ne pourraient pas être publiées sur les stores si elles ne demandaient pas ces autorisations. Enfin, aucune information n’est partagée avec d’autres services ou entreprises tiers.
ACCÈS AU STOCKAGE
En général, l’application ULEP conserve un certain nombre d’informations chargées (en cache) afin d’éviter d’avoir à les recharger ultérieurement. Cela améliore les performances pour vous offrir une meilleure convivialité et une expérience optimale.
Pour cela, l’application utilise la mémoire de votre navigateur ou vous demande l’autorisation d’accéder à la mémoire de votre appareil. Les espaces de stockage sont cloisonnés et l’application ne peut pas accéder aux données stockées par d’autres applications.
L'application ULEP peut vous demander d'accéder aux fichiers locaux dans la situation où vous souhaitez partager un contenu.
DEMANDE DE SUPPRESSION DE COMPTE
La demande de suppression de compte peut se faire directement dans l'application : depuis le menu Paramètres du compte utilisateur, choisir l'action Se désinscrire.

DATA SAFETY
HTTPS SECURE BROWSING
All data transfers within the application are secure and encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. Your activity is thus protected throughout your use of the application and any exchanges with the server that could be intercepted cannot be decrypted or interpreted.
AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION
Authentication in the application requires verification with the account management system centralised in ULEP following your registration. It is therefore only accessible to people who have been authorised to register.
THE DATA THAT WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT
The ULEP application collects information relating to your enrolment in the language programme. This information is used exclusively to validate your registration and to find your language tandem partner using the algorithm integrated into ULEP.
The application does not collect any other data (location, contacts, etc.).
ACCESS PERMISSION
The ULEP application accesses a number of services offered by your browser or smartphone. It requires your permissions for this:
- either a general autorisation when the application is installed
- or when you use the service for the permissions it requires.
The application never uses a function of your smartphone or browser without your consent. Moreover, native iOS and Android applications could not be published on the stores if they did not request these permissions. Finally, no information is shared with other third-party services or companies.
STORAGE
In general, the ULEP application stores a certain amount of information (cached) to avoid having to reload it later. This improves performance to give you a better user experience.
To do this, the application uses your browser's memory or asks you for permission to access your device's storage. Storage spaces are partitioned and the application cannot access data stored by other applications.
The ULEP application may ask you to access local files if you wish to share content.
REQUEST FOR ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your account directly from the application: from the user account Settings menu, select the Unsubscribe action.
